DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued by the Facilities Management and Planning Department at the University of Toronto, Mississauga, for the provision of services for the collection and disposal of waste at UTM Campus. Please refer to Schedule 1 of the RFP document for more details on the scope of work. Proponents Meeting The on-site optional Proponents Meeting will be held on January 13, 2026, 11:00am - 1:00pm local time. Location: New Sciences Building, GF lobby, 1815 Outer Circle, UTM Campus. ADDRESS AND FINAL DATE FOR SUBMISSIONS Each Proponent is required to submit its Proposal on Bonfire at the following link: https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/100356 Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Closing Time of January 30, 2026 2:00 PM ET. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before closing time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission. The submissions will not be opened publicly. Negotiation: At the end of the evaluation process, the University of Toronto may identify one or more suppliers with whom it wishes to enter into negotiations, by written notification.
