The contract is intended to initially cover a two-year period with estimated annual quantities, with the possibility of extending for up to three additional one-year terms through mutual agreement. The CRD reserves the right to award the contract wholly or partially and may also award follow-on work without reopening competition. While the contract aims to select a preferred proponent for negotiation, an agreement is not guaranteed from this Request for Proposal. Interested proponents must submit their proposals by February 20, 2026, and communicate with the designated Contracting Authority for any inquiries related to the process.
