The Cowichan Valley Regional District (CVRD) is seeking non-binding quotations for services related to roll-off container hauling and rental. Specifically, the RFQ invites qualified respondents to provide hauling services using tandem axle trucks for recyclables and waste, as well as roll-off container rental services. The contract is expected to be awarded to up to three contractors for each service, with the selection process based on a “Rank and Run” approach where the contractor with the lowest compliant pricing receives the right of first refusal, followed by others in order of ranking to fulfill requirements as needed. Respondents must submit their quotations through the CVRD Procurement Portal Bonfire, which is also the sole source for any additional documents or addenda. The deadline for submissions is February 18, 2026. All award announcements and procurement results will be posted on the same portal. Inquiries can be directed to the CVRD’s purchasing contact via email. This solicitation represents the only public notice for this project on BC Bid and is intended to secure reliable service providers for ongoing waste management and recycling operations within the district.
