The City requires a Contractor to provide scheduled and on-call collection, hauling, and disposal services for both waste and SSR streams from containers located at various City facilities at a minimum. Proponents must submit proposals covering both service streams; proposals for only one stream will not be considered. Organics collection services may be included or excluded at the City’s discretion. The City reserves the right to proceed or not proceed with Organics collection during the contract term. Proponents should provide pricing for Organics if available; however, these services will not be factored into the price evaluation. The Contractor shall be responsible for supplying all containers (new or like new), labour, equipment, and resources necessary to perform the services in accordance with the City’s requirements.
