D2. SCOPE OF WORK D2.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of Mechanical Dust Free Cleaning on a Portion of the Roadway System in the North Area, East Area and South Area. D2.2 The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Signing for Temporary Parking Prohibition on Priority 3 streets; (b) Recording of signing of temporary parking signs; (c) Mechanical sweeping of Priority 3 streets and alleys; and (d) Transport and dispose of collected debris to Summitt Road Landfill. D2.3 The Work is to be performed in the following order: (a) North and East Areas to be completed first followed by South Area; (b) South Area Work shall not be allowed to commence until all Work deficiencies in the North and East Areas are completed; and (c) If South Area Work is awarded to a separate company, they can begin Work concurrently with the North and East Areas.
