The Division owns and operates over 230 facilities serving approximately 122,000 students. The Division's Integrated Infrastructure Services, is responsible for the maintenance of these sites. In addition, each school receives an operating budget and is involved in site-based management, enabling schools to make decisions about most areas of operation including minor program-based renovations. The Division is looking to have a supplier list of climbing wall suppliers interested in providing indoor climbing walls install, training and maintenance services to the Division on as-required basis. Proponents meeting or exceeding the scoring threshold identified in RFP Appendix B and the up to three top scores will be offered to contract with the Division. Any future indoor climbing walls requirements needed will be requested from the selected proponents. The Division is looking to have up to 3 suppliers depending on the submissions.
