This Sources Sought is in support of market research being conducted by the 21st Contracting Squadron, Peterson AFB, CO to determine potential sources possessing technical experience in operating the Emergency and Disaster Management Simulation (EDMSIM - original developer C4i Consulting, LLC) software requirement. The program provides support to incorporate Homeland Mission Modeling and Simulation capabilities, to include social media. In addition, potential sources must possess sufficient technical and operational experience to provide complete support in the following key areas: simulation support, planning support, simulation management, scenario development, and database management.
