EDUCATION AND TRAINING CONSULTANTS

Lexington County School District One is establishing a pool of qualified Education and Training Consultants through a Fixed Price Bid process under solicitation FPB 2025.1. This agreement is structured as a blanket award with a base term of one year and four subsequent one-year renewal options, allowing for a maximum contract duration of five years. Qualified contractors will be eligible to provide as-needed services at or below their proposed cost, with a maximum allowable unit price capped at 6,500 dollars per day. The district will contact eligible contractors directly to discuss specific needs within the scope of work. The procurement is subject to significant federal and state compliance requirements, including 2 C.F.R. Parts 180 and 3000, FEMA policies, and the Disaster Recovery Reform Act of 2018. Evaluation is based on the District Standards of Responsibility, focusing on financial and personnel resources, integrity, legal qualification, and a satisfactory record of performance. Award will be made to all responsive offerors. Performance will take place in South Carolina, primarily at the district office in Lexington. Contractors must adhere to strict federal guidelines regarding equal employment opportunity, the use of recovered materials, and the prohibition of unauthorized use of DHS seals or logos.
