This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number Doc4187261830 - EF236-240486 dated September 8, 2023 with a closing of October 10, 2023 at 2 PM EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted at the latest by 2 PM EST on February 1, 2024. All bids submitted after 2 PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
