All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted at the latest by 2 PM EDT on (April 24th 2023). All bids submitted after 2 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. PWGSC, on behalf of Department of National Defense, is issuing this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) for the location work of additive tank and distribution system in Bagotville, Que. as detailed in Annex A.
