All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted at the latest by 2 PM EST on December 8, 2022. All bids submitted after 2 PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is issuing this request for proposal to obtain the services of construction contractor. This project involves converting a storage room into a microbiology laboratory located at Health Canada at 1001 St-Laurent Blvd, Longueuil. To do this, several works have to be done, including splitting the room into two separate rooms, the installation of a dedicated HVAC roof system, the installation of HVAC piping and the installation of a new electrical panel.
