Contract Description:
In July 2025, eight (8) new garage doors will be installed in Ypsilanti Charter Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan, United States. The specifications for the garage doors are as follows: they will be Clopay model #3720, measuring 14'2" x 14', with an insulation R-value of 18. The design is double end style, and the color is to be determined. They will feature RM 36" High Lift tracks and springs rated for 50,000 cycles, along with 1 1/4" spring shafts and three rows of insulated full view window sections. Additionally, there will be no charge for T/D/HA. All doors will be re-connected and restored to full functionality upon completion of the installation (per door).
