AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by March 17,2023 at 2:00pm EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00pm EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. To provide Janitorial Services for 25 buildings including all labor, material and equipment for Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), located at Shirley’s Bay, 3701 Carling Avenue, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at 3701 Carling Avenue, Nepean, Ontario, K2K 2Z2, on Wednesday, February 22nd, 2023 at 10:00am. The site visit will begin in the lobby. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 2:00 pm, Tuesday, February 14th , 2023 to confirm attendance and provide the name and date of birth of the person who will attend.
