All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by July 24, 2023 at 2:00pm EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00pm EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
To provide Janitorial Services including all labour, material and equipment for Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), located at Louis St. Laurent #2 building, 455 Boulevard de la Carrière, Gatineau, Québec, Canada.
MANDATORY SITE VISIT: Louis St. Laurent #2, 455 Boulevard de la Carrière, Gatineau, Quebec on July 5th, 2023. The site visit will begin at 10:00am EDT, in the Lobby. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 2:00pm EDT, Thursday, June 29, 2023 to confirm attendance and provide the name of the person who will attend. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders should confirm in their bid that they have attended the site visit. Bidders who do not attend the mandatory site visit or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment and their bid will be declared non-responsive.
