AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by August 22, 2024 at 2:00pm DST. All bids submitted after 2:00pm DST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to supply and outlay all essential labour (including fringe benefits), supervision, transportation, storage, necessary material and apparatus to carry out the snow and ice removal from roofs on Buildings Block 1-2-3 Ottawa.Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held on July 4 2024 at 10:00am. Offerors must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than Wednesday June 26th 2024 at 2:00pm to confirm attendance. and provide the name(s) and date of birth of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders who do not comply will not be permitted to attend the mandatory site visit.
