AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by February 6, 2024 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This requirement is to provide the maintenance and service of building components, sub-systems, systems, and integrated systems is of utmost importance to ensure the successful operation of the installed services and utilities at 100 Wellington Street (Old US Embassy building), and the Fire Alarm Monitoring System at 125 Sparks Street (Library of Parliament building) in accordance with the Statement of Work attached herein as Annex A. This requirement is for Public Work Government Services Canada (PWGSC). A mandatory site visit will start at 100 Wellington St on January 17, 2024 at 14:00 EST. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than January 11, 2024 at 14:00 EST to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) and date of birth(s) of the person(s) who will attend.
