All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by March 21, 2024 at 2:00pm EST. All bids submitted after 2:00pm EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. To provide Window Cleaning Services including all labour, supervision, transportation, tools, material, and equipment; for Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), located at Confederation Building, 229 Wellington Street, Justice Building, 249 Wellington Street and CBC Building, 181 Queen Street, Ottawa, Ontario.It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held on February 28th, 2024 at 10:30am EST at 229 Wellington Street, Ottawa, ON, in the lobby. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 2:00pm EST on February 23rd, 2024 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) and date of birth of the person who will attend. It is mandatory that bidders provide and wear the following for the mandatory site visit: Safety boots and Hard hat.
