COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION EL RITO RANGER STATION SEPTIC SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded to the most qualified and responsible contractor with the best price and can meet delivery deadlines. NAICS code: 238910 ; small business size is set at $14.0 million average annual receipts. Contractors must be registered and current in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) http://www.ccr.gov) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) https://orca.bpn.gov) Solicitation number #AG-83A7-S-10-0004 being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation documents and associated attachments and exhibits are available with this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-44, dated July 8, 2010.
