Full Description

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to remove existing flooring and install new elastomeric polyurethane floor coating system to a thickness of 1/16" to 1/8" (Rhino Lining HardLine (Color: Black) or equal). Work includes, but not limited to demolition, removal and disposal existing flooring, and rubber cove base material; diamond grind concrete surface and install new 4" (Black) rubber cove base material. All work shall be accomplished in strict accordance with the manfuacturer's surface preparation/installation instructions and best acceptable trade practices. Contractor shall be responsible for daily/final clean-up and maintain the work site during all phases of the project. Any references to brand name are for informational purposes only, and not meant to be restrictive in nature. The new coating system shall be of a two-component, 100% solids (no VOCs, no solvents), exothermic, rapid curing. Spray application is the preferred methodology. If offering other than the brand name specified, offers shall include descriptive literature and MSDS sheets for each product proposed.
