Vendors that use AI or an automated bidding system will be disqualified. Vendors that do not submit their bid before the deadline may be disqualified. Vendors must have a valid SPIN to bid. Eleanor Kolitz Hebrew Language Academy reserves the right to award one or multiple vendors, and may choose to order all, some, or none of the equipment and services outlined in this RFQ.
