Electric Hydraulic Power Supplies

The U.S. Navy’s Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, located at Joint Base MDL in New Jersey, is seeking information through a Sources Sought notice for the procurement of Electric Hydraulic Power Supply Part Number 040499-100, nomenclature A/M27T-14, to support initial stand-up requirements for the Kinston Depot C-130 project. This component is essential for performing Organizational, Intermediate, and Depot Level maintenance on KC-130J aircraft. The Government intends to proceed under a sole-source procurement limited to the Original Equipment Manufacturer, Hydraulic International, Inc. (CAGE: 56529), and its authorized reseller, Alliance Network Integrators (CAGE: 9A8S6), citing FAR 6.103-1 as the authority for exclusive source justification due to the unique nature of the part and no other suppliers meeting the required specifications. This action is not a competitive solicitation and does not obligate the Government to issue a contract or award funds. Interested parties may submit a capabilities statement prior to the response deadline of July 20, 2026, but submissions will not be compensated and do not guarantee future procurement.
