Effective immediately upon release of the Invitation to Bid (ITB) and until notice of Contract issuance, all official communications from Bidders regarding the requirements of the ITB shall be directed in writing to: Amber Cooper Procurement and Contract Administrator Transit Authority of River City 1000 West Broadway Louisville, KY 40203 contact@example.gov.
The Transit Authority of River City (TARC) Procurement Department shall distribute in writing all official changes, modifications, responses to questions, or notices relating to the requirements of the ITB via addenda, which shall be posted on TARC Procurement webpage at https://tarc.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities. Unauthorized contact with any employee or consultant of any agency or department of the transit agency, other than employees of the Procurement Department, may result in disqualification from the bidding process under the ITB.
