Electrical Maintenance Services - Industrial

The City's focus is to continuously supply our customers with water and sewer without interruptions during all conditions. The contract will be on an "as needed basis" for a three (3) year contract period with the option to be renewed for two (2) additional one (1) year periods upon mutual consent of both parties. The City of Sarasota reserves the right, to be used at its discretion and when in the best interest of the City, to award these services to more than one Contractor. The table below contains more detailed descriptions of the facilities that will require industrial electrical services. Florida Power and Light is the electrical supplier for the City.
