The contract size is estimated to range between $500,000 and $2,000,000, with the potential for additional volume through the cooperative network. The bidding process requires vendors to submit comprehensive proposals by October 27, 2025, with detailed documentation including price schedules, certifications, and warranty information. The contract will be governed by terms outlined in a formal services agreement, which specifies the scope of work, payment terms, warranties, and indemnity provisions.
