Solicitation SPE7M5-22-R-0013, issued by DLA Land and Maritime, is a request for proposal for the procurement of 17 Electron Tubes under NSN 5960-00-681-8017. This acquisition is conducted as an unrestricted competition under NAICS code 334419, utilizing FAR Part 15 procedures. Due to the government's lack of complete and unrestrictive technical data, the procurement is issued under Other Than Full and Open Competition per FAR 6.302(c)(1) and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Consequently, the government intends to contract only with approved sources or their suppliers, specifically Communications and Power Industries LLC, Raytheon Company, Thales Nederland B.V., and British Sarozal LTD. The contract is a Firm Fixed Price agreement with a delivery requirement of 205 days to the DLA Distribution DDSP New Cumberland facility in Pennsylvania. Shipping is handled via FOB Origin under the First Destination Transportation program to optimize costs. While price is a significant factor, the final award decision is based on a best-value determination considering price, delivery, past performance, and technical acceptability. Interested parties seeking to become approved sources must provide a complete data package for evaluation.
