ELECTRONIC COMPONENT & SHUNT INSTRUMENT

This is a five-year sole source firm-fixed-price contract issued by the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Weapons in Warren, Michigan for the procurement of two critical electronic components: the BMS Control Unit and the BMS Shunt Sensor Module, identified by NSNs 5998-01-675-0288 and 6625-01-675-0290, respectively, with part numbers 12546136-2 and 12591117. The contract has a minimum estimated quantity of 45 units of the control unit and 31 units of the sensor module, with a maximum five-year quantity of 1,125 and 1,631 units respectively. Delivery is FOB destination, and all items must conform to a source-controlled Technical Data Package maintained by Merlin Power System, as no government-owned technical data or performance specifications are available.
