Solicitation SPE7M0-26-T-094B is a Request for Quotations issued by DLA Land and Maritime for the procurement of three electronic components assembly units, specifically L3Harris Maritime Power and Energy part number 130550-0001-000 (NSN 5998-01-731-9370). This critical application item is categorized under NAICS 334412. The required delivery date is September 10, 2026, with a delivery timeframe of five days after receipt of order. Shipping is designated as FOB Origin, and items must be sent via the fastest traceable means to the PCU Bougainville (LHA 8) in Mississippi, specifically prohibiting the use of parcel post. Inspection and acceptance will occur at the destination. The contract mandates strict adherence to technical and quality requirements, including MIL-STD-2073-1E for packaging and MIL-STD-129 for marking. Due to the nature of the components, specialized electrostatic discharge and electromagnetic interference protection is required using MIL-PRF-81705 barrier materials from qualified manufacturers. Additionally, the contract prohibits the intentional addition of mercury or mercury-containing compounds, except in specific functional exceptions. Administrative requirements include the use of the Wide Area WorkFlow system for invoicing and compliance with various FAR and DFARS clauses regarding cybersecurity, the Buy American Act, and the safeguarding of covered defense information.
