ELEVATOR AND ESCALATOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR

The San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive elevator and escalator preventive maintenance and repair services across its facilities under a 10-year contract, with the solicitation number PWG460.0-26 and a response deadline of August 26, 2026. The scope requires full-service maintenance including inspections, adjustments, testing, parts replacement, and repairs to ensure all equipment operates continuously at established capacity and efficiency, with all work performed by journeyman elevator mechanics possessing a minimum of three years of experience.
