Elevator Maintenance (Multi Year)

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary to perform annual and monthly Elevator Maintenance at March Air Reserve Base, 5237 Air Guard Way, March Air Reserve Base, CA 92518. Work to include: The Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, labor, equipment, insurance, permits, transportation, and all necessary expenses to perform the maintenance of one (1) elevator at March Air Reserve Base. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to contact@example.gov with the subject title BID FOR EVENT# 34996 - DO NOT OPEN. Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 4/15/2025, at 12:30 PM at March Air Reserve Base, 5237 Air Guard Way, March Air Reserve Base, CA 92518. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Lance Paramoure at (951) 655- 3248 or contact@example.gov, or Emilio Martinez at +1 (555) 000-0000 or contact@example.gov. Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the pre-bid job walk, attend the entire pre-bid job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the pre-bid job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project. The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-11 - Elevator Contractor license, or subcontract to one. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Robert Hawkins, at contact@example.gov no later than 4:00 PM on 4/22/2025. Email subject lines must state RFI FOR EVENT# 34996. If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening. The bid opening will be held on 5/6/2025 at 3:00 PM.
