The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) has a requirement for a Contractor to undertake the design and implementation of an elevator modernization program at the Embassy of Canada to the United States, in Washington, D.C. The selected Contractor will be required to develop design and construction documents for a and undertake all construction works associated with the modernization. The Performance Specifications will be provided by DFATD in the RFP. The awarded Contractor will be required to perform all works while adhering to the laws and regulations of local authorities having jurisdiction in Washington,D.C..
