HHS, SUPPLY SERVICE CENTER, PERRY POINT, MARYLAND, intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract to TECSYS, INC. for the ELITE Series Software and Annual Maintenance and ELITE E.COM Software Support Warehouse & Inventory Management System for the period of July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015. This is proprietary software used for warehouse and inventory management and is available on a sole source basis from TECSYS, INC., 1040 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10018.
