Eagle Mountain City is requesting bids from responsible firms or individuals for a project called Cory B. Wride Memorial Park Phase 2 – South Parking Lot Improvements. The project is located west of the existing pedestrian crossing in the roadway, south of the baseball fields, within the designated south parking lot area, including the retention pond. Work includes site demolition, clearing and grubbing, and removal of existing asphalt, concrete, curb and gutter, vegetation, and miscellaneous site features within the limits of disturbance. The project also includes stripping, stockpiling, and reuse of topsoil, site grading and earthwork, and implementation of erosion control and SWPPP measures in accordance with City and applicable standards.
