Eagle Mountain City is requesting Proposals from responsible Membrane Filtration System (MFS) Equipment Suppliers (proposers) for the procurement of the MFS equipment as part of the 2025 EMC 6.0 MGD MBR Wastewater Expansion, and for related pre-construction and design services. Owner will receive Proposals demonstrating the Proposer’s qualifications and ability to provide MFS equipment. The project will be delivered using the alternative delivery method of Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) and the procurement of the CM/GC is underway. The Owner will reassign the procurement contract for the MFS equipment to the CM/GC after approval of final shop drawings before equipment delivery to site. ATTENTION: The following documents will be required with bidding documents and/or with a contract award. ** Bid Bond for 5% of the total project required with the bidding documents** Insurance verification with bid, Certificate of Insurance at contract signing ** 100% Performance Bond will be posted by the approved contractor at contract signing ** ** 100% Payment Bond will be posted by the approved contractor at contract signing ** Any bid received after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids will not be considered.
