Eagle Mountain City is requesting proposals from responsible firms or individuals for a project called Trailhead Road & Pony Express Traffic Signal. The project is located at the intersection of Trailhead Road and Pony Express Parkway in Eagle Mountain, Utah. Construct a new traffic signal at Pony Express Parkway and Trailhead Road, including associated roadway improvements such as asphalt removal, asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, raised median curb, and asphalt trail.
The following documents will be required with bidding documents and/or with a contract award. ** Bid Bond for 5% of the total project required with the bidding documents** **Insurance verification with bid, Certificate of Insurance at contract signing** ** 100% Performance Bond will be posted by the approved contractor at contract signing ** ** 100% Payment Bond will be posted by the approved contractor at contract signing ** Any bid / proposal received after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids will not be considered. OPENING OF BIDS / PROPOSALS: Bids / proposals will be opened on or around the closing date and time. Results will be posted after bids / proposals have been evaluated. Vendors who submit a bid / proposal will be notified of the results via email. The email will include a spreadsheet of all vendors, and the amounts of the bids / proposals submitted for the project.
