The City of Davenport is currently accepting bids from qualified contractors for exterior renovation of two maintenance outbuildings at Emeis Golf Course, located at 4500 W Central Park Ave, Davenport, Iowa 52804.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on September 10, 2024 at 9AM at Emeis Maintenance Facility, located at 3007 Wisconsin Ave, Davenport, Iowa 52804. This will be a time to visit the buildings, take measurements, address questions or concerns, and discuss the City’s expectations. All contractors intending to bid on this project must have a representative in attendance. Contractor is responsible for exact measurements.
Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
