This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This opportunity is 100% and NAICS 324110 size standards applied (1,500 Employees/125,000 Barrels) the contract resulting from this procurement will be a firm fixed price contract. The solicitation SP0600-13-Q-0205 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), Part 13. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58 dated 18 May 2012. DPAS rating for potential award is DO. Scope of Contract: The contractor shall provide 3,850 USG of DS1 (Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel) (ASTM D975) (above ground tank), delivered to Point Barrow LRRS, Alaska. Required Delivery Date is 3-7 December 2012, FOB Destination. NOTE: Site is a USAF radar station; USAF must be given a 72 hour advance notice of delivery; no on-site services exist; all fittings, hoses, and vehicles necessary to make the delivery must be provided by the contractor.
