The Inyo County Sheriff's Office ("County") seeks proposals from qualified public agencies/safety agencies to provide Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) services necessary to support the County's compliance with California Health and Safety Code sections 1797.161 and 1797.223, Assembly Bill 645 (Stats. 2025, Ch. 273), applicable California 9-1-1 requirements, and Inland Counties Emergency Medical Agency (ICEMA) policies and protocols. The Contractor shall implement and operate standardized medical call interrogation and triage, post-dispatch, and pre-arrival instructions (PDI/PAI), determinant-based priority dispatch, and associated communications necessary to support emergency medical response within Inyo County.
