Solicitation 36C24426Q0932 is a total set-aside for certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) to provide comprehensive maintenance, repair, and compliance services for the Emergency Power Supply System (EPSS) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The scope of work includes preventive maintenance, operational and load testing, troubleshooting, and emergency response for diesel engine-driven generator sets, medium voltage 13.2 kV electrical distribution equipment, paralleling switchgear, and PLC control panels. Key deliverables include annual and semi-annual full-service maintenance, 36-month continuous load tests, and battery maintenance, all performed in accordance with NFPA, OSHA, Joint Commission, and VHA standards.
