SEALED BIDS for JOB NO. 2023-1233, EMERGENCY POWER TRANSFER SWITCHES AT ‘ŌLA‘A #3, ‘ŌLA‘A #4, PI‘IHONUA #1, AND PI‘IHONUA #3, District - Islandwide, County of Hawai‘i, State of Hawai‘i, will be received ELECTRONICALLY by the Department of Water Supply, County of Hawai‘i, until January 9 , 2025 , at 2:00 p.m. when they will be publicly opened. Bids received after the time fixed for opening or delivered elsewhere other than specified herein will not be considered. This project generally consists of furnishing and installing power transfer switches, termination cabinets, conduit, conductors, supports, accessories, and incidentals, in accordance with the plans and specifications. A pre-bid meeting shall be scheduled for December 19, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. at the Piʻihonua #3 site located off Punawai Street, Hilo, HI, 96720. A site visit to the Piʻihonua #1, ‘Ōlaʻa #3, & ‘Ōlaʻa #4 sites shall immediately follow the pre-bid meeting. Please notify the project engineer, Mr. Warren Ching, contact@example.gov , +1 (555) 000-0000, by December 17, 2024, 4:30 p.m . to indicate your attendance and for exact directions to the pre-bid meeting site. Should no notifications be received, the pre-bid meeting and site visits shall be cancelled . All potential interested bidders, offerors, subcontractors, and union representatives are invited to attend. Prospective bidders must file with the Manager-Chief Engineer their "Intent to Bid" no later than ten (10) calendar days prior to the time advertised for opening of bids. The original executed and notarized Standard Qualification Questionnaire for Offerors form ("SQQ") provided by the Department of Water Supply is required to be filed with the Manager-Chief Engineer for evaluation no later than eight (8) days prior to the time advertised for the opening of bids unless the bidder has previously filed a Questionnaire within the previous two (2) years of the date of opening of bids. ALL BIDS SHALL BE UPLOADED ONTO PUBLIC PURCHASE ONLY. NO EMAIL OR HARD COPY SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Notice & Instructions to Bidders, Official Proposal and Special Provisons must be downloaded.
