The initial contract is expected to start on January 1, 2026, for two years, with the possibility of extending up to three additional years in increments. Responders are required to submit their proposals electronically through the designated Supplier Portal by the specified deadline, with detailed instructions for cost proposal submission and registration. The solicitation emphasizes that responses must comply fully with the requirements, or they will be rejected, and the State reserves the right to award contracts in various groupings or to cancel the process if deemed necessary. The contract size ranges from $500,000 to $2,000,000, and the primary point of contact is John Obregon.
