Full Description

The Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR 6.302-1 - only one responsible source, to RES-Q Healthcare Systems, Inc., 26500 West Agoura Road, Suite 210, Calabasas, CA 91302, for the provision of a software upgrade to the RES-Q (LMR) system currently in use at the Federal Correctional Complex, Butner, North Carolina 27509. The application/software module must provide for employee self-scheduling, open shift management, track and manage employee shift requests, manage, track and approve overtime requests based on agreed upon Labor Management Rules and Regulations and be compatible with RES-Q (LMR). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any vendor who believes that it can meet this requirement may give a written or fax notification to the Contracting Officer by 10:00 am EST on May 10, 2010. Interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quotation. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement for future actions.
