Contractors must provide pricing for the initial quantity and separate pricing for the second year if costs change. The period of performance is scheduled from October 16, 2026, to December 18, 2026, with a delivery schedule of 365 calendar days from the lead time event. The contract requires strict adherence to original manufacturer specifications and drawings for all inspection and testing. Packaging must meet best standard commercial practices for overseas shipment, specifically following MIL-STD-2073-1 for OCONUS shipments and ASTM D3951-18 for CONUS shipments, with specific requirements for electrostatic discharge protection and MIL-STD-129 marking.
