NSWC IHD has a requirement to procure ENERGETICS FACILITIES MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT as outlined in the attached solicitation. This requirement is a commercial, BRAND NAME, small business set-asside, service and the quotes recived will be evaluated based upon the lowest price that is found to be acceptable for the requirement. Bidders should include all fees up-front in your quote for this requirement. The government credit card will not be utilized as a method of payment for this requirement. Bidders will need access to WIDE AREA WORKFLOW (WAWF) for payment purposes. This solicitation closes on 24 Aug 2026.
THIS REQUIREMENT:
The Bobcat UV34 Diesel Utility Vehicle, Bobcat L23 Articulating Loader, and the Bobcat L28 Articulating Loader are required equipment for executing OP-5 Energetics Facilities Maintenance work. The Kubota L47 Backhoe is required equipment to properly excavate, move material. This equipment will decrease the safety risk of accidents and perform maintenance and repair work efficiently. The Kubota L47 Backhoe is a High performance Tractor-Loader-Backhoe designed as an all-in-one machine, specifically engineered to perform the work of three separate machines: a tractor, a loader, and a backhoe. The Kubota L47 Backhoe is used to push, lift, and pile large volumes of heavy material. The front bucket can scrape roads and parking lots clean, while the machine’s heavy frame acts as a reliable tool for repair and maintenance work.
