The scope of work focuses on establishing a context-sensitive safety strategy using the Safe System Approach, determining safe multi-modal access to the planned Hopkins Quarry Park, and evaluating the feasibility and preliminary design of a shared-use path between Granite Avenue and Octoraro Park.
