Nature of Project Nueces County is requesting qualifications for a contract with a licensed professional Engineer(s) or Engineering firm(s) to support infrastructure improvements funded through the Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) Colonia Fund Construction (CFC) Program administered by the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA). The project will involve engineering services necessary for the planning, design, bidding, construction administration, inspection, and closeout of eligible public infrastructure improvements within designated colonia areas in Nueces County. These services will ensure the project complies with all federal, state, and TxCDBG program requirements. For this RFQ, Respondent’s qualifications will be evaluated and the most qualified Respondent will be selected, subject to negotiation of fair and reasonable compensation.
