Nature of Project Nueces County is requesting qualifications for a contract with a licensed professional Engineer(s) or Engineering firm(s) to support infrastructure improvements funded through the Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) Colonia Fund Construction (CFC) Program administered by the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA). For this RFQ, Respondent’s qualifications will be evaluated and the most qualified Respondent will be selected, subject to negotiation of fair and reasonable compensation.
