This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received by 06 August 2020 at 10:00 AM EST will be considered by the Government. Any questions must be received via e-mail by 30 July 2020 at 10:00 AM EST. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
