Full Description

The U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command Acquisition Center intends to negotiate solely with VRC Corporation, 4501 Ford Avenue, Alexandria, VA 22302 to increase the ceiling amount of BPA contract DAAD05-02-D-0026 by approximately $ 9M for an 8 month period. This increase is necessary to allow continued performance of this competitively awarded GSA BPA contract until the follow-on contract can be awarded. The Government intends to negotiate solely with only one source under the auth ority of FAR 16.505. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The modification to increase the ceiling will be issued on approximately 13 May 2005.
