The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/ESYI) has a requirement for engineering support for the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) F-15SG Integrated Electronic Warfare Suite (IEWS).


The core requirement is the Verification and Validation (V&V) of User Defined Files (UDFs) to ensure flight safety and data security for the RSAF's F-15SG fleet during training within the Continental United States (CONUS). This effort is a critical component of a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case.


The proposed contract will have a five (5) twelve-month ordering periods, with an estimated start in August 2026.


The U.S. Government does not possess the technical data, system hardware, or intellectual property rights for the non-US IEWS.


This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
