This is an acquisition for Specialized System Engineering support of the USM-670 JSECTS System Under Test (SUT) test programs developed by AAI Corporation under contract F33657-95-C-0077 awarded by ASC/AANT. The engineering support provided by this effort is a continuation of contractor support that is currently provided by AAI Corporation to assist AFLCMC/WNY during the sustainment of the USM-670 system. The current contract is FA8523-13-M-0006. - b. b. The purpose of this acquisition is to meet the requirements for specialized engineering support of the USM-670 during sustainment of the System Under Test (SUT) Test Program sets (TPS) for the AN/ALR-56C, AN-ALQ-135, AN/ALQ-131, AN/ALQ-184, AN/ALR-56M, and the AN/ALR-69 Electronic Warfare Systems. - c. c. The proposed contract action is for engineering services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, AAI Corporation, CAGE Code: 97384. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as supplemented by FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within ten days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the agency.
