The initiative specifically targets populations in Omaha, Nebraska, and Kansas City, Missouri. The contractor is responsible for evaluating existing health messages, conducting focus groups to assess effectiveness, and developing enhanced targeted promotional materials, including social media kits and electronic flyers. Key deliverables include an evaluation assessment and a final report detailing lessons learned and recommendations. The period of performance runs from June 1, 2019, to September 30, 2020, with payments tied to the successful completion of specific milestones and the submission of a final report.
